RESOLVED - High Volume of Error Messages Reported September 25, 2014

Dear User Community,

UPDATE: the error messages that some schools/users were experiencing this evening have been resolved. We're very sorry for the downtime!

Some schools were experiencing "404" or "502" error messages this evening between 6:20pm and 7:57pm EST. We apologize sincerely for the trouble this has caused you. This down time has been caused by a problem with our master database server. The problem has been identified and fixed. We will continue to monitor the health of the system closely. So far, no further errors have been reported since 7:57pm EST.
