Creating Accounts

Accounts can be created easily by administrators while viewing "All Programs" or within a specific sample. Here's how to do both.

From "All Programs"

Users can be created and assigned while on the "All programs" screen by clicking on the "Users" tab shown above.

The "Users" Tab

The "New User" Button

The "New User" button will bring you to a screen where you'll be able to create a new user within your school that can be added to any program or sample. If "Administrator" isn't checked at the bottom of the screen before clicking "Create User" then a reviewer account will be created by default and roles will thereby be managed/assigned within each program or sample.

From Within A Program

The "Users" tab within a sample allows you to see who the users for the program are as well as the roles they have. It also allows you two options to add people to the program: "Batch Add Users" and "Add User".

The "Users" Tab Within a Program

The "Users" tab in the program allows you to see who the users for the program are as well as the roles they have. It also allows you two options to add people to the sample: "Batch Add Users" and "Add User".

Batch Add Users

The "Batch Add User" option allows you to quickly enroll large groups of users to the program by simply inputing their first names, last names and emails separated by commas as shown in the above screen. By default, all users created this way are given the "Reviewer" role. The drawback with this option is that you do not have the ability to set a password before creating the account as can be done when creating the account through the program.

Add User

The "Add User" option allows for you to add already-created users from a school to a program and assign them a role.

From Within a Sample

While viewing a particular sample, there is also a "Users" tab that can be used to create and add already existing users to a sample and assign roles.

The "Users" Tab Within a Sample

Just as it is within a program, the "Users" tab within a sample allows you to see who the users for the program are as well as the roles they have. It also allows you two options to add people to the sample: "Batch Add Users" and "Add User".

Batch Add Users

The "Add User" option allows for you to add already-created users to a sample within a program and assign them a role.

Role Types

There are several tiers of access within a specific program. Here are explanations of each:

Viewer

Viewers are able to view results but do not score submissions.

Reviewer

Reviewers are the individuals responsible for scoring the submissions within a sample using the provided rubric.

Admin

Administrators are able to view all of the results in real time and generate reports following the completion of scoring by reviewers.

Admin and Reviewer

A combination of an admin who is also responsible for scoring student submissions as well.
