When do I need to save or publish my e-Portfolio content?

Rich Text modules, Image/Video/Audio modules and Galley modules need to be published before their contents can be seen by viewers.

Rich Text Module

When you are adding content to a Rich Text Module, you will need to "Save" and then "Publish" your work before your viewers can see it.

When you "Save" your content, the module will display a timestamp showing the time of the last save. The red "DRAFT" bar indicates that the module contains unpublished content. You can Publish through the "Publish" tab, or Publish the entire page using the "Publish This Page" button.

Gallery Module

When you add content to a Gallery Module, you will need to "Publish" your Gallery before your viewers can see it, and if you include captions for your Gallery images, you will need to "Save" those captions before you "Publish". Until the Gallery is published, you will see the red DRAFT bar at the top of the module.

Image/Video/Audio Module

When you add content to a Image/Video/Audio Module, you will need to "Publish" the module before your viewers can access the content. Until the module is published, you will see the red DRAFT bar at the top of the module.
