If you are trying to upload a file and it is not working, double-check the file size. Digication has a per file upload limit of 20 MB. To upload files, you will also need to have an up-to-date Flash player installed.
Sometimes unusual system and browser configurations can interfere with file uploading - if you are experiencing problems and your file is smaller that 20 MB you may find switching to a different browser will solve your problem.
