Digication Help Desk Updates

Dear Community,

We are pleased to announce we will be launching updates to our Help Desk (http://support.digication.com) on 10/28. While these updates are taking place the help desk will remain online and available for your use. All other Digication services will also be available.

The updates will not change the organization or content of the help desk (yet!). The overall design of the help desk, however, will be changed. The design changes will allow for better readability with larger font and screenshots. These updates are the first step in Digication's plans to provide new and improved help articles with more screenshots and video tutorials as well as a new Online Community space. We will provide additional notifications as we make those changes later in the year.
