This morning, beginning at about 8:15am Eastern Time, some of our users experienced some intermittent downtime. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration for those who experienced this outage!
The problem has now been resolved, and further downtime is not expected.
The cause of this issue was a world-wide outage that the top-level .io domain suffered. An internal service of Digication's uses .io domains and we, along with most other domains that use .io, were affected by that top-level outage.
We are taking steps to guard against any future problems of this nature.
