Digication Maintenance - Change in Public IP addresses - July 18th, 3am - 7am EST

Dear Digication Community,

We'll be changing our public IP addresses during an upcoming maintenance window, on July 18th at 3am - 7am EST. The Digication service will be unavailable during this time.

Why are we changing Digication's public IP addresses?

This change will help us improve security for our users and is an industry best practice. Digication conducted a security audit this spring and this change is part of our on-going efforts to maintain the highest level of security for your data. 

How does the change in Digication's public IP addresses impact you?

This change in our IP address will haveno effect on the vast majority of our users.

This change in our public IP addresses will have no effect on the IP addresses from which we send email.

NOTE: If your school has whitelisted our public IP addresses, your school should update those addresses or add our new public IP addresses to their whitelist.
