Update to Batch Add Assignment Administrative Feature

Dear Admins, 

We have updated the display of courses from which one can batch add assignments from one course to other courses in the Manage Courses area of the Administration tools for system administrators.

We would normally provide you with more advance notice of a display change like this, but because the community is very actively utilizing this feature and administrators have so many courses listed it was important for us to make this change right away for the best end-user experience.

We think you'll find it very helpful to now search for the name and/or date* of a course, rather than being presented with a list of all courses!

*Note on course date: enter ANY date (yyyy-mm-dd) on which your course would have been active to see it displayed in the search results.
